The man whose name could not be ascertained as at press time, had designed and circulated a fraudulent and mischievous memo, requesting applications for recruitment into the State Civil Service from interested job seekers.
In the said fake notification, applicants were expected to submit relevant credentials at the Cultural Centre Complex, Calabar, upon payment of the sum of Two Hundred Naira only.
