HEAL YOUR BODY WITH YOUR FOOD CHOICE.

An acidic body is a home for all diseases and inflammations. Better to eat more alkaline foods and less acidic foods. It is safer and healthier that way. Consuming too much alkaline foods is also not the best. Me🙋🏼‍♀️have tried it years back, it makes you feel pain more and easily which is not the best. Consuming too much acidic foods is even worse. Moderation remains our rule.
