Now the case has been transferred from Lugbe police station to SCID,Abuja.
Investors are now on their way there along with the entourage.
Ovaioza made a statement saying she prefers to go to jail rather than pay back a kobo.
She knows very well how weak the Nigerian justice system is and the fact that court cases will drag for years till everyone is tired.
