CAN I SUE TO HAVE MY CHILD?

I met this girl on Facebook last year February.
She’s is from Abagana but live and works at Enugu.
After few weeks of chatting, I left my state to visit her at enugu where she’s working, I lodged and she came and slept over and I left the following day.

One month later, she called to tell me that she’s pregnant for me, I told her that she should go and take care of it that I’m not ready to father a child thinking that she was lying. We never chat, call or contacted it each other again.

3 months later, she called that I no longer call her after telling me that she’s pregnant for me, I told her that she’s a mature girl that she should go and take care of herself, she then said that she’s no pregnant that she wanna know the kind of person I am.

9 months later she posted a pic of a new born baby with another guy on Facebook as her son and husband.
I made diggings and found out that the guy agreed to take the responsibilities of the pregnancy when she was 6 months pregnant and paid her bride price.

All I want now is how I can reclaim my son.
Can court of law ruled in my favour to reclaim the child cos I’m planning to sue
