Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan set a new world record in the women’s 100m hurdles and won gold in a new record time of 12.06 seconds in the world athletics championship in the USA yesterday.

6 years ago she took the last position at 2016 World Athletics Championship.

This win makes it Nigeria’s first ever gold medal at the world athletics championship!
